First and foremost I have to thank
my family and all my supporters for supporting me throughout my whole campaign. But most importantly it's the voters. The voters came out and they voted for who they thought was the best candidate.
There are going to be challenges. We're going to have our ups and downs, but I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to be able to serve the community and the citizens of Wilmington for four more years.

I moved to the City of Wilmington in June of 1990 after serving in the US Navy for 6 years. I am married to my
lovely wife Veronica Kahler Orr and have 2 children Erica and Isaac. Erica is currently attending college at the University of Arkansas majoring in Physical Therapy and Isaac is a sophomore in Wilmington High School.
I have worked as an electrician for the past 30 years and am currently employed by Flint Hills Resources in Channahon. I own and operate the Baseball Connexion and employee youth within the community.
For the past 14 years I have volunteered as chair of the Wilmington Catfish Days festival, bringing back a city tradition in a more family style atmosphere.
